@@bhuvansharma2829 having a mechanical background won't hurt you getting a job but it doesn't really help you either The employers are just after people that know how their mine works I know I keep coming back to it but it's what the employers want One of the guys that has just finished the training and started sending his resume out 2 weeks ago, he's had 6interviews and did a medical yesterday, they just want people who know how their mine works

Yes, just list you current job first and work back from there

How is someone supposed to get experience if nobody is prepared to even give you a go ?
