    방금 전 류수영의 돈파육 편스토랑 재방을 보았다. 이 남자, 찐이다. 고급스런 요리도 이렇게 쉽게 설명하고 즐겁게 만들어 스테프 들과 나누는 모습 진짜 멋지다. 다른 쉐프님들 한테 미안하지만 요리와 설명을 동시에 이렇게 잘 하는 사람은 백종원쌤 다음으로 2인자라 해도 손색이 없어 보인다. 아파트 동대표 하는 것도 좋아 보이고...

    참깨 갈아서 가득
    참기름 3큰술
    물엿 3큰술
    고추장 1큰술
    간마늘 1~2개
    비빔밥 양념으로 응용가능

    류수영님 요리를 항상 잘하시는 모습을 보고 이제 류수영님이 만드신 음식이라면 믿고 먹는 느낌이에요 육회는 소스가 가장 중요하다고 생각하는데 이 영상을 보니 소스가 너무 맛있어보여서 당연히 맛있을 것 같네요 꼭 해먹어볼게요 ㅎㅎ
