Davey! I know you just played Morde, but I think I just discovered (i say that because i tried looking it up and found nothing) a new build with phase rush. You rush rylais for slow and build cosmic second. You can go any mythic, but rift is still the best even tho rocket belt works as well.
@@rybr3ad he gets up to 9% ms increase tho. not saying phase is awful, im sure it helps, but since he already has some ms its probably not worth investing your keystone on even more ms. the sorcery runes as primary page also doesnt do much for morde

why take phase rush on morde? he already gets ms from Passive

Concerer better if playing VS tank or you max W dmg other way leathal tempo better
