ahhhh.. The Rin+Len side of TH-cam is amazing.. I just click a song and I hear beautiful music.. I love this style of music.. Feathers Across the Seasons, this song, Nemesis of the Ruined Kingdom, The Tree of Reincarnation..
I love the songs that have harmony parts between Rin/Len.. they make it sound so beautiful..! :D These songs are perfect to listen to when you are doing schoolwork! As long as you don't watch the screen as the PV's play.. And don't look at the subtitles... Then you get the wonderful smears of lead/ink on your paper as the waterfall spills all over your hard work! ^^

明日(あと10分)は七夕なので久々に…！！！
今年は晴れるかな……晴れるといいな
ほんとに久しぶりに聞くひとしずくさんの歌ほんとに好き年取ったけどまだ好き
日本の七夕は新暦の7/7で梅雨中なのでほぼ毎年曇ります。中国は旧暦の8月で祝うので晴れた夜空の2人をお祝いするみたいです
もう日本の暦だと色々仕方ないので、カササギさん毎年毎年2人をいちゃつかせるために働いてくれてありがとうの気持ちですね
七夕の日は勿論、6月から8月にかけて毎年繰り返し聴いてます…。
今年の七夕、私の地域は比較的晴れた方で、満天の星とまではいかないけれどいつもと比べてかなり星が見えました。七夕の日に天気が悪くなりがちなのは、神様が彦星と織姫の逢瀬を隠して、二人きりにしているからなのだとか。そう考えると、雨や曇りの七夕も素敵だなと思えますよね。勿論、七夕の日に満天の星空と天の川を眺めるのがやっぱり一番素敵ですよね…来年はちゃんと晴れるといいな。
年に一度しか逢えない二人を、死別した夫婦に見立てるセンスが大好きです。年に一度どころか二度と逢うことが叶わなくなったけれど、死ぬまでレンを想い続け、とうとう再会という流れがなんともロマンチックで。なんというか、織田信長の嫡男の信忠と武田信玄の五女の松姫に似た切なさを感じます。
この調子で他のIf the worldのPVやIf the world 4を…どうか…。

久しぶりに聞きにきたけど、やっぱり切ないな.…
七夕が近いのでまた聴きに来ました…
やはり何度聴いても涙が出てきますね
七夕の日忙しかったけどこの季節には聴きたくなる曲…
七夕の日が雨や曇りになりやすいのは、二人きりにしてあげようっていう神様の配慮らしいけど、一度くらい七夕の夜に満天の星空と天の川を見たいなぁ……
にしても、この曲の織姫と彦星は原作と違って最後は永遠に二人になれたんだね…きっと織姫はお祖母さんになるまで彦星を想っていたから、星空で彦星と結ばれたんだろうな……。
なお、うちの母上と弟は「お互いもう別に相手いるだろ」なんていう乙女と子供が泣くようなことを言ってました…

Although I honestly dunno, I couldn't help but think of Hikoboshi and Orihime. I don't remember the story exactly, but it's not the first time that Yamashizuku has made references to fairytales/folklore in their songs.

Yes, that's what I thought. At least from their appearances, and the constant references to stars.
MiNaGi the Phantom oh i see. that's why when she says I want to become a star, the lyrics say I want to become "orihime", and a couple of times when she refers to him as "you" the lyrics say "hikoboshi". it also explains the title. it literally means "starweaving song" but there's a second meaning, hoshi=hikoboshi + ori=orihime. Plus this song was released on July 7 on NND, the day of the festival commemorating the story. We got it a day late ...

Hi guys, i think this song is more about the chinese folklore 'cowherd and the weaving girl'. Pls look it up for more info on the story :) its basically a story about a pair of star crossed lovers that were forced apart and can only meet once a day every year.
Here are some clues as to why i come up with this conclusion:
1) the lovers are represented by stars in the folklore: vegas and altair star. And this song seems to be heavily linked to stars
2) last few pic kind of indicate their reluctant separation ( with rin crying and the holding of hands :/ )
3) the bird at the end looks more like a magpie rather than a crane. In the legend, it is said that magpies form a bridge for the cowherd and weaving girl to meet on that one day every year
4) their chinese outfit at the very end looks alot like that of the cowherd and the weaver girl
Unfortunately, this would mean that this song is not a continuation to 'seasonal feathers' since they are based on diff folklores
