Wow, Persona 4 Golden sure is different from the PS2 version. But i don't like the changes they make to Yosuke. Why the red hair? Also, since when did Yosuke use swords? Everyone knows that he uses knives! And the shadow battle now happen in a castle? My, Atlus did a LOT of changes here.
It's an unnecessarily complicated glitch to utilize just to keep Asch in; I never did. But regardless nicely done, and my gut told me somewhere down the line you'd use some Persona 4 music. XD

So the thing is that Luke somehow managed to drug Guy so he couldn't make it to the battle, dressed himself up as Asch, and then the battle commenced. Jokes aside, the music was just way more fitting than it really should have been for this battle. lol
Soooo...this is the alternate route. Where Asch wins...by hacking himself as Luke. Genius. Hah, joking aside, beautiful video! Can't wait to see you tackle Sync and Van. =)
As long as your combo chain has an arcane arte in it, you can use any arte to activate. Iirc the game translated special a bit too vague so it made it sound like only Arcanes can trigger it, which is true, but not the whole picture lol (as FoFs also work). Exceptions to this being Magic based MAs and obviously specific MAs that need specific artes to be used (Brilliant Overlord needing Final Cross, etc)

i have been wondering this for a whille now, but he is attacking much faster after 2 phonic arts. as in, he can string combos much easier and its almost he is using move resets mid combo...... so am i missing something or is this something you can only do as asche?

Yup, he won't counter as long as he isn't standing on the ground so there is definitely multiple ways to set up the MA in that sense.
