Just a note: With clustering meds, double check that there isn't a reason why a medication is due a little bit later than other meds. Sometimes, for certain meds, they're scheduled for an hour after all the other meds to ensure absorption. It's important that the patient gets the right therapeutic amount, and meds stay interacting and combatting each other, so timing is super important.
