I understand they live in troops but not under these kinds of circumstances and I understand that our future children need to see these beautiful creatures but not like this. Because this isn't the way snow monkeys live. Particularly amongst all these kids screaming and Sirens going off. They are starving and malnourished from what I am observing yes that can happen in the winter and their natural habitat but they managed to eat. This is controlled eating and they're starving! I can't stand it. Shame on you.

Dr. donna Walter I think they were saying they’d prefer it was shut down and that the animals would be able to actually be amidst a better environment.. those horrible sounds and loud noises and loud people spectating just really make it incredibly hard for those animals to be at peace. It almost conveys a level of deprivation that you’d see in a research facility among the torturous things humans have enacted upon so many animals. It’s disturbing that any “ zoo “ would be so oblivious to the animals needs .. I feel like they do this intentionally , to make the animals be “lively “ when people come to the exhibit, in order to keep people entertained rather than showing animals in a peaceful , structured environment.
