Its not even all about the choreo, i am just admiring that solid foundation in their dancing skills. They dont do alot crazy moves but rather try to perfect the details of their moves. I dunno if ppl uderstand what im saying lol
10:10 I actually love the hole in that formation when you look at what everyone is doing and the fact that it's between Jurin and Chisa who are the leader and sub-leader of the group. It also works well with the music video too because Chisa is the oldest and the music video is about XG changing old Asian traditions with how Asian women used to look like and were treated by men and society. So for me the symbolism with that part is that XG went back in time and from right to left evolved and got stronger with time. From looking submissive and vulnerable with Chisa and Juria who are the two main vocalists having their heads down,to looking powerful and fearless with Hinata who is the third vocalist but also sub-vocalist and is called Daddy by the other girls because she's so strong, to looking a bit confident but also scared with Maya because she's the only rapper who is also lead vocalist in the group so she's conflicted what her role exactly is and doesn't raise her arm up but also doesn't have her head down, to the three other rappers Harvey, Cocona and Jurin who go from raising their arm a little bit, to raising it diagonal and ends with Jurin raising her arm fully because she's the leader of XG and the fact that female Asian rappers haven't been around this long so Jurin raising her arm the highest and is the leader shows that XG went from submissive and scared to becoming stong and fearless and their determination to change things for good. All that symbolism in the choreography doesn't work if Jurin and Chisa are standing perfectly together in that formation because XG is not going back to those dark times for women like a vicious circle
