Do you prefer detangling brush over a wide comb? My son’s mixed & I have been warned about frizz from brushing it. Also, have you ever tried Cantu for kids? Just curious
Hi! I use a wide tooth comb mostly when regularly styling and detangling her hair but I have to admit the detangling brush does work better at defining her curls. I haven’t tried the Cantù kids line yet :)

Love this! My daughter’s hair is like hers and I use the same routine yet her edges are falling out and thinning at her crown. I don’t put rubber bands in her hair. Just a clip like you did. Any recommendations?
Hey La Toya 👋🏾 Thanks for stopping by. It sounds like you’re already keeping it simple so I don’t have much else to add other than doing gentle scalp massages and incorporating a satin bonnet, pillowcase, or sheet to her night time routine if you aren’t already. I hope this helps 💕💕💕

How long do you do this process and comb her hair? Asking for myself. My toddler wont sit through getting their hair combed!
Hello there! The entire process took less than 30 minutes but it definitely took bribing and distracting her with her favorite show to get her to sit still.

Hello there 👋🏾 She sleeps on a satin pillow case at night. In the mornings, I’ll refresh her curls with a leave-in spray and seal it with a light oil. I hope this helps. :)
