  • "The Pleasure Principle" from Janet Jackson's "Control" album is an absolute gem! It's like a burst of pure energy wrapped in a catchy beat. That song was all about embracing your own journey, taking that leap of faith, and dancing to the rhythm of your own life. The video, with Janet's iconic moves, just added to its legendary status. Do you have a favorite memory or moment that this song brings back?

This is the one song on the Control album that Jam and Lewis didn't produce. It was produced by fellow The Time member Monte Moir. Janet was in Poetic Justice with Tupac Shakur.

South Omaha in the house "81 gaduate (how we said graduate back then). 80's music was the foundation of many genre's to follow "foundational" if I don't say so myself. Love the message and can't wait to see where this goes from here. It would be cool if you could somehow find some backgrounds to go behind you to enhance the message. Maybe a screen backdrop of the Old Market or Aksarben, the Zoo or even billboards. Anyways just a suggestion. Nothing wrong with blue and white don't get me wrong just a little less exciting. Ok, now keep up what you are doing, thanx for the flashback, and you ain't old if you in your fities (how we said fifties back then) however in the 80's that was considered old as d.i.r.t. Just messin with you two cheeseburgers. God Bless and Let's Go

It's like two chicks gossiping in church!,Man, ya'll talked too much through the whole video/music reaction. The music and Janet's artistry took a backseat I guess. Nobody cares where you was working at that time. Should've spoke on it after watching. Terrible! Better reactors to Janet out there. Moving on.
