I would strongly recommend to actually take those breaks, even if youre mid question. It extends your focus, if you skip the break your brain loses focus a bit after, but if you sit for 10 mins doing nothing (dont go on your phone or leave the room), just clear your thought, and restart, you feel sharp again. Take breaks when you feel like your getting slightly stressed or brain is getting slow.
