Even after the sister dealt with him not paying back the loan or even him not contributing to their mother's funeral arrangements, she let it be known that she still loves him, wished him well, and is still open to him reaching out. Than on top of it she admitting to abusing legal drugs (so she claims) I can see why he like I want nothing to do with her it's probably better for his recovery.

Please make it make sense because the defendant comes across as being ungrateful and selfish. The issue of his sobriety didn't interfere with him asking for the money from the plaintiff. ⚖️
