- Hello folks, in this video I took my DJI Air2S down to the Ben Franklin Bridge in Philly and flew an amazing train chase in 5.4K resolution and uploaded it to TH-cam in 4K.

I really enjoyed seeing the tall ships at the beginning of video. And it seem like that Air 2S in more than a match for those trains, it kept right up. And use the 32ND filter next time when your flying in that much sunlight. Cheers.

I am waiting for my replacement Air 2S to arrive from B&H, but I still have my old reliable Air 2 to fly.

But It's class g air space and I'm over water the whole time. LENARD I hope they sent you out one already. Thai sucks to have to wait for something you should have already had. I'm so sorry for that crap. It will be worth it. Trust me on that. Until then the air 2 is pretty much the same drone lol. So you're good.. lol. I use extended controller sticks.. My left stick is actually longer to be more sensitive while in sport mode and don't have to switch modes I just keep it in sports... Grip at the top and it's nice and slow..
I'll try them on this controller to see if it works.. I have them extenders on the M2P controller and I have mixed feelings about them. I guess I'm so use to the oem sticks I can't get past the feel.. lol. But on this controller they may make a high difference for me. Thx for the suggestion mate👍👍🤟🤟💙

Love seeing your flights and learning little tips. I often wonder how much trees and other things between me and the drone matter... seems quite a bit! I'm seeing quite a few negative reviews ont he Air 2s, I don't get it, the camera is so much better for photos than my Air 2 in low light and everything else seem as good or better. Have you had any issues with it so far? Looking forward to your next video.
Dude don't listen to them hate. I fly the shit out of these drones and I have not found ANYTHING AT ALL WRONG WITH THIS DRONE. IN FACT... IT'S THE BEST THAT DJI HAS PUT OUT TO DATE! What you're hearing are they people that for whatever reason for a bad one. Unfortunately nothing in the world is perfect. So there's gonna be defects in everything. Your just going to have to keep chasing that train. He seems to keep getting away every time =p. Be glad he doesn't have a guy on top with a gun like a Stage coach :). Hopefully they don't end up considering bridges critical infrastructure and install jammers like they will be doing around airports.
Funny you should say that. I get kicked off that pier everytime now. They just ask nicely and I listen but it seems they are already frowning on flights there. Sad rod... I go at times now where I don't bother anyone.. that helps a lot.. early or late is the best time.. 💙💙💙🤟👍🤟👍

@@PhillyDroneLife I have a unique strategy that I use when I know I'm going to be around a bunch of people. Since I'm retired Army, I wear my hat or shirt that has that on it. They tend to be nicer to us retired military guys. Sad that I have to do that but it does keep me from having to deal with such stupidity.
@@PhillyDroneLife Maybe find a friend with a boat and take off from the boat by the bridge. No clue why the people at that park would be bothered by a drone flying the bridge. Not even messing with their view. Although they do seem less annoyed with the Mini 2 which is probably why you like that one so much.
@@PhillyDroneLife Maybe you should take my strategy and setup a screen they can view your flight on. I do that with my Live Deck and it generates all kinds of good interest in my flight vs. annoyance. DJI needs to copy Autel's Live Deck idea. I run my Live deck into my 7" 2200 NIT Feelworld monitor for people to watch while I'm flying. Ron loved it at the meetup in FL. I find that when people can see what I see they fall in love with the hobby instead of being rude to me.
