- Still a nightmare and there's fish everywhere!
The Bumblebee is still in 250Lts on the floor After the Brisbane Floods ( they had to be moved due to no power for the week) , I will hook up a sump and protein skimmer this week.
The RTC seems to have settled in the 1200Lt I am finding out today how long my new tanks will take , if it's going to be too long I will have to set up another 10 x 6 pool temporarily
Do you have any upcoming projects on the channel? Tank upgrades, new aquariums or anything? I love the red tail catfish and bumblebee grouper. Your setup is truly impressive!
Definitely , I am finding out today how long my new 9x4x2.5 tanks are going to be , So I'll have the full setup of that , I also plan on getting back into breeding L no catfish as well as Tanganyika cichlids. Hopefully I will start those two systems in the next month , I am just waiting on fittings so i can drill the tanks. There will also be a lot of american cichlid Breeding vids , the main thing I am waiting on is my bloody 9x4 Tanks as I need to keep the area clear for them before I start all the other stuff. I've only been making half ok youtube vids since January so any Vid Ideas are much appreciated.
@@paulstingray that’s awesome, I cannot wait to see these tanks, I’m supposed to be getting my 9x2x70cm wide and 7x2x70cm wide tanks built starting on Wednesday, I wouldn’t went wider if I could but struggling for space. I’m relatively new to the hobby having only been here for just over a year and a half and I’m loving everything, the one video suggestion I have that no one seems to cover (that I can find) is a video regarding the filtration required for stingrays. Different methods, what works best for you and why you think that. Even experimenting with different media and filtration methods. I’m planning on getting a sump and 1 or 2 canister filters to filter my stingray aquarium and the exact same setup on my 7ft African cichlid tank. I’m currently planning on using BioHomeUltimate media and possibly some k1 media.
I’ve kept / bred fish since I was 8 or 9 ( I’m now in my 40s) just had a break for the last 15 or so years from breeding stuff but going to get back into it.
I’ll go though filtration on the new tanks

I have two tiger bichir available around 15cm. No Senegal currently but will breed them again
