i have the exact green house...clear silicone all panels, and for a base i build a wooden deck base for it and bolted and drilled the frame to the wood deck base
There is a channel on the inside of the gutter, the bolts on the upper walls slide through that channel so you have to loosen those nuts and bolts slide the gutter from one end, all the way down to the other, making sure that those bolts are in the channel and then re-tighten
I just bought a bigger one and have the same problems ,as for panel rattle on the last page on the instruction it says to use silicon sealant on all panel joints!, that;s another $100 !!bucks!!
Oh yeah the window slides in thru the end of the ridge beam!!! That was the only problem I had ...the panels get sheet metal self tapers down bottom mine are still there !!!

You have to assemble the vent first, and then it slides in from the outside, like the front of the greenhouse, the very top on the ventures that half round piece, it slides into a groove, and you just slide it down to the position that you want and then it stays there

And I learned to put metal flashing tape on the open ends of the polycarbonate to add support and weather proofing

As silly as it is , doing the base last and setting the greenhouse on top of the base frame is definitely the best way to do it

That might work, I was also thinking about small strips of felt to push into the gaps

I also bought a Canopia by palram…… the directions are 1000% better

I haven’t watched that video for a while but I’m pretty sure I’m covered that but I could be wrong
