1- I very rarelly visit a doctor.
2-No,I don't take medication.I like:
Eat healthy, practie sport.......

Every year I visit a doctor once .I have checked my health , include : blood test, ultrasound,x-ray ...
I have hypertension but I control my blood pressure with healthy food, i eat a little salty.i eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.

You can say : I cut down on salty food.
Or, I control how much salt I eat.
Or I try to stay away from salty foods.
