It looks like Leo has reverse male pattern baldness. His butt must get awfully cold in the winter.😂 I wonder if overcrowding has gotten to the point where there are more serious conflicts resulting in more deaths on the hill. It just seems like there are more disappearances than at any other time in the past 8 years.

Leo has quite the bald area on his hind end. Kind of a receding hairline opposite of where human males have it 😊. Would that be from fighting, age, or a disease, I wonder. His rump is as red as a female's.

A family member was diagnosed with it a few years ago, and from what I've learned it's quite unpredictable and the way it manifests from one individual to anther can vary a lot. An outbreaks may happen one time only or occur many different times. It might affect only one patch of hair, or multiple patches, or all hair. No idea if this explains Leo's condition or not.
