Holy buckets those look good. I've been using a Sam the cooking guy recipe but I think I'm gonna go with yours. I love the way you did the cheese skirts and put the bun on top, amazing! This will be one of my meals next week. 👍👍

I love the recipe and definitely deserves a sub for the cheese melt on the hoagies! I have to say though...Im sure the chili tastes fine...but it looks like warmed up dog food 🤣🤣
How’d I miss this one, crust, I believe is the word for the dog, one episode of diners drive in an dives had. Hot dog restaurant where the owner slices the dog length wise , not all the way through to get the crust on the dog inside and out. Love the content
Man...I'm looking forward to trying that cheese trick soon. I also use canned chili, but have you ever considered adding a little bit of ground beef? That beef (drained of fat of course) along with a little bit of seasoning gives better texture and taste to it .Subscribed and looking forward to checking out the channel. I bet it wont be long before you see 100k subs.
I have to say I have never seen hot dogs cooked this way with the melting of the cheese on the grill looks really good,, have to try it on my blackstone someday
Ya gotta make your own chili from scratch. Make a huge batch, can it or freeze it. Use it when needed. They do not make canned chili like they used to. Now its similiar to cooked flour toasted in red chili powder with added water. Nothing more.
