An interesting video. Tom gave very frank answers and I can see how he would build trust and respect with a client. It was also interesting to hear about the highs and lows of car buying speculation and investment. Very well hosted too, the questions and answers flowed well. An interesting conversation for sure.👍

I never got the impression that the Hartleys are stuck up. They seem genuine to me. Nothing wrong with being proud of their success.

I'd much rather buy a car from Tom. Seems way more genuine and trustworthy than those Hartleys who just like blowing their own trumpet and talk a lot of bullshit. Only have to read the reviews of Romans compared to Hartleys
Tom seems like my kind of person. Carl is awesome, but he’s too fast paced for me. When buying I like to take my time and think and look and inquire. It’s my style of buying. I think Tom is more accommodating of that. But Carl and the Hartley’s seem awesome as well with lots of glamour to the buying process. This is the beauty of a multiple choices in the market
So frustrating to hear Rob not knowing that his 89 Turbo can’t be a 993…
