See, usually doctor advice us not to rub our eyes whether its operated or not. Because rubbing even our normal eyes is not good and we should avoid it. After surgery, you should not rub or touch it for a week at least.

Thanks rahil sir. I came on Dec 2019. Got a contoura vision surgery, although it was bit expensive but results were great, i got 6/5 vision. I am having little problem focusing on things, the object gets blurred then clear, just like focus on a camera, please help me figure out if it's a problem or normal. • Take a bath neck down for 1 week. During this period, clean your eyelids lightly with boiled cotton once in the morning to remove deposits from the lid margin, taking care not to touch the black portion (cornea) of the eye. Wipe face lightly with a clean towel without rubbing your eyes.
• Light activities can be done the very next day. Do not do heavy exercises for 7 days. Sports activities can be done after 1 month.
• Avoid car driving for 2 days, and driving a bike for 2 weeks.
• Smoking and drinking to be avoided for two weeks.
• Avoid vigorously rubbing your eyes for 3 months.
• Avoid swimming, water diving for 3 months

This is normal. This happens during the recovery phase sometimes.
You don't have to do anything special. Keep using your eye drops regularly as prescribed by your surgeon.
