    Thanks for this review! A friend recommended this bike and you have the only review I’ve seen. Thank you for explaining the difference in legacy vs. new as well as the assembly snags.

    Thank you for this! I'm gonna hop on my sunrail train and pick one of these up tomorrow. I agree with you whole heartedly, cities shouldn't focus so much on building more and more infrastructure for cars but for the other types of commuters.

      Pray to God you were having a healthy and fruitful life I pray to God that you ride the bike take advantage of your opportunities enjoy the fresh air smile and God protect you from the crazy car drivers. It's sad that more people don't take time to smell the roses they're just assuming around everywhere not appreciating all the beautiful blessings God has bestowed upon us daily bird singing the beautiful sunset and picturesque views the mountains the birds flying with the butterflies and bumblebees and the ladybugs with all the beautiful flowers and trees
      God bless

    I'm thinking of buying this bike myself to commute to class and back. I've got an expensive gravel bike but I'm not leaving it unattended on campus. Even with a lock. Not about to lose a $2000 bike to a thief.
    Anyway, watching this video, I thought the scenery and vegetation looked familiar and then you said you're in Wichita. I live in Manhattan, Kansas but I've got family down in Wichita and spent a lot of time there growing up. I was born there too. And the good news on that front is that Wichita and Manhattan have relatively similar terrain (Manhattan might be a liiiiiitle hillier, but not much). So it's cool to see a local opinion. This was just what i needed. Thanks!

    I ordered this bike in Olive green color. I wanted a new bike, the bike I have now I bought it used 3yrs ago. So I decided I wanted a new one and my local bike shop sells this brand. So I had it shipped there for them to put it together. I’m glad you did a review cause all the other reviews I’ve seen are for the Harper version. I can’t wait to get it and start riding. I’ll probably do a review also. Thanks 😊 it really helped

      Good idea on sending this to your local shop to get it built, it was so annoying to do it alone

    As a Wichitan, I also agree that our government really needs to step up on Bike Infrastructure. Thankfully, there have been some efforts.
    Also I've been trying to decide with Retrospec bike to order, and this was one of them. I think I know what to get now. Thanks!

    Absolutely agree that cities need to ensure bike access on city streets. It's going to be a tough slog getting enough support from transportation budget decision makers to get this done, but try we must.

    traditional style! just met a man from Amsterdam who said they have two bikes, one for longer rides and one for around town. That’s usually pretty beat up. Lol these are great multiple purpose bikes … please do a update on durability overtime. Thank you.

    So true bro biking is awesome. More protected bike paths would be killer (in a good way)

    The front break needing to go back further is peobably a saftey mechinism since your reaction would to press both breaks the back break will stop the bike first so you dont get yanked forward

    I used to work for a bike shop that carried these and would have fun riding retrospecs. Not made to be ridden off road tho. They’re good for the price 8/10.

    Im considering on buying a retrospect bycycle myself. After a year would you have any updates on your thoughts or are you still satisfied overall?

    • @Hexaberry
      @Hexaberry  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ZorimePati I'm still very satisfied with the bike. The one downside is since there's no suspension I have to keep tightening the seat more often than any other bike I've had. Nothing has broken though, a very solid bike still.

    • @Hexaberry
      @Hexaberry  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ZorimePati Correct, this is the first bike I've had without suspension on it though. Just wasn't used to it.
