I've heard similar things from a lot of people, the sounds helping them focus, chill out, sleep, depression, etc. What's funny is I have insomnia, anxiety, focus-problems, all that, so the music I make is usually something that will quiet all that. It seems like I've tapped into sounds that work for people who suffer the same things I do. Glad it helps!

Perfect timing to release this. I just recently started writing a project expanding on one of my characters who actually has void powers. Basically, he's a hero who traveled across many different universes and made new friends there, and made many enemies. One day, he gained Void powers from a godlike being to avenge one of his friends and take down a power-hungry Goddess. He also met the love of his life, who he was going to marry... However, one day, he lost all of his friends and his fiancé before he could marry her. Not that they died, but he just...isn't able to see any of them anymore, and he doesn't have any idea what happened or why. Ever since he lost everyone, he's been having nightmares that sometimes involve his friends and even more often feature his fiancé, always waking up in a panic from these nightmares, clearly having trauma from the loss. He still has the wedding ring he was going to put on his fiancé's finger because it's the only thing he has to remember her by. And now, his void powers have started to act strangely, almost as though it has a mind of its own... Because it is gaining a mind of its own, coming into existence by feeding off of his fears, guilt, sorrow, and trauma, eventually transforming him into something nightmarish.

From the Void everything and everyone that was, is and is yet to be cams and in the end to the Void all things must return and whomever presides over or governs the Void is THE SINGULAR supreme overlord and grandmaster of all things as the Void is the only eternal and constant in existence

I also like psychedelic type ambient music where they have voices making statements in the background sometimes positive quotes or statements or maybe astronauts communicting with each other. Sometimes it goes a little more into a techno beat. Not sure what the proper genre is for that. This music and similar gives me a slight feeling of dread but also immense calmness and stillness for my racing thoughts mind where I don't want to sit in total silence, but also domt want something too stimulating.
