- Bank Holiday Monday and not a drop of rain in sight. That’s because it had all been used on Saturday!!! So early kick off at 1pm, crowds, a DJ outside the Iron Bar, sun shine and lots of positivity for an Iron win. For me it was good to have a game so soon after the Curzon fixture. To right some wrongs and put the finishing touches to some good spells of passing and pressure. That we certainly did running out 4-1 winners. Fortunately Scarborough like to be open and don’t sit as tight as Curzon.
So back to the top of the table we go. Consecutive home games scoring 4 goals. Nearly 5000 fans at the game. Over 600 away fans that always adds to an atmosphere, though yesterday felt a little flatter than the Darlington game. Just hoping now that those home fans that maybe haven’t attended for a long time will come back again and maybe bring a friend too. The good times seem to be coming back.
Also excellent news today regarding the court case. We’re in GP for a little while longer. The club have already released a statement and Max Bell was in attendance and has tweeted about it. This will also be discussed on The Iron Hour Podcast, so listen out for that too on this channel and on Spotify.

As a Scarborough fan I’ve been waiting for this. Watched a few of your videos before and like them a lot.
Really enjoyable game of football between two teams who’ve ended up in this division from very different directions.
