Thank you for sharing this video, it really means so much to know that what I was going through is shifting from the book and the social norms because I have been truly working on myself for a very long time and I have been trying to work on myself and the aspects of the shadow side of myself and breaking free from it, I was really never really like who I became when I was experiencing the expectation of having to conform to societal norms and I honestly became so lost and truly unhappy with myself and it affected me physically, emotionally and mentally - I have been taking this whole process, path and journey slowly and I am really grateful for that strength of knowledge that I am responsible for myself and whatever other people’s beliefs and attachments are not my problem - I am learning to slowly love myself because I have to learn how to nurture myself and care about myself more than I used to, but that is the beauty of life in itself is learning lessons from the past that will help us in the present moment to evolve and change for ourselves and not for others who tell us to because we are and have to be responsible for ourselves and yet even if it is very difficult and scary sometimes it is easier to run back to what was and once you get there you catch that glimpse of what was and you decide nope it’s not for me so you dust yourself off and start walking away again - clearly closing certain things is painful but I found that forgiveness, kindness, compassion, love and consideration have been the best confidence boost for me especially when others are trying to enforce their beliefs, etcetera on me because I just keep trying to work on myself while gaining peace and clarity - I still have a ways to go before I am feeling truly stoic and alpha like, and where chaos and confusion doesn’t trigger a full blown anxiety attack brought on by being overwhelmed with someone else’s thoughts, conditional love, emotions etc and being able to take a moment to breathe and think that it’s okay that is happening but it’s not your thing, not your problem, you don’t have to fix anything you just need to keep focusing on yourself and do what’s best for yourself - I imagine that feeling of the sun beating down on my skin and feeling something coursing through me that’s existing my feet and then the rain comes along and washes it all away, and then I feel invigorated like nothing but the flow of energy is coursing through my veins, body etcetera and there is swagger in my steps as I’m walking through my daily life

Bingo as hell: I started developing feeling for my landlord son. I tried to avoid it, and I realized I needed to leave. I gave them 2 months nervous. The son tried to reconcile between his mother and me. Things sorted of got complicated at home. I didn't want to deal with his mother because she has been yelling and nagging at me about everything.
