This video reminds me times when me and my brother and sister were playing one RPG game as kids and one person had mouse and second person was keeping track of health/mana and drinking potions using keyboard. It would be hilarious if you could make a video playing Starcraft and one would have mouse and second keyboard. Is this even possible?
yo i think i did that w my sister too. but in this case it’d probably devolve into RT telling him everything to do. he could give his brother a mouse and keyboard that’s not connected and lie about it for a less wholesome throwback
I used to play Dark Castle with my older brother controlling character movement on keyboard and me controlling ranged attacks with the mouse. It was actually substantially better than either of us playing alone.
I was expecting his brother to have a new england accent. They were from NH weren't they? I recall hearing it in early videos of artosis. His brother sounds like he is from the mid west or something.

I have to say that these modern youtube video thumbnails look rather soulless and exploitive in a way I dont like. I mean you look at say Asmongold's channel or Artosis or any other youtuber theres usually an image with the streamers face overlaid on one spot with an extreme emotional reaction and some click baity text somewhere. Additional points for AI generated images. Someone needs to change this and do something more original because it feels like ive entered the fucking matrix or something and everyone is doing the same thing based on an algorithm. I mean the title of the video is what does my brother feel about my job? Why cant it be something like Dans brother joins him on stream, I mean I think all of this is really emotional language and images designed to provoke a certain reaction that feels manipulative to me. Its not just streamers its some fucking mind virus that has effected all of youtube. You know what I want is original and honest content and I want creators to have their own flair instead of just copying everything everyone else does for the sake of attracting the most viewers. Maybe its the editors fault for lacking any sort of creative integrity and just doing what everyone else does.
Actually i think his editors are spot on, to keep promoting your brand and spread recoginzion just like celebrities is the way to go. You see it on all big youtubers and if you think about it , it makes sense. After all the people come here for Artosis literally, and more uninterested people will think, oh who is this guy looks familar. On Artosis Tv most thumbernails are good for what the community is and Artosis. On Artosiscast on the other hand they tend to be pretty bad, because he edits them themselves or whatever. But the thing is he is the star of the show anyway and people still come, actually most of the time it is the same people funny how being a caster and one of the stars of the community his investment into it has lead a pathway to a career 20 later. But for most people in this community this will not be the case, no matter how good they are at starcraft, how many things they have contributed to the community, or much they have invested in one way or an other into the game. Even further, i would guess many actually lose a lot by investing into the game, be it mental health, eye sight, other fitness problems, money, youth, career chances, reality, sleep aka insomnia,social communication skills, etc.
