Most of these grammar are of N4 syllabus,. But you may expect few questions of N5 & N3 syllabus too .

Wouldn't 静かじゃない also the correct answer? あの公園は静かじゃないんです?
Observe なんです after the ______.so answer is しずかなんです。If you select しずかじゃない answer will become しずかじゃないなんです which is incorrect. Please read questions very carefully while taking up JLPT Exam.
