So I have watched several videos on Advance Paris amps. Not one of them talks about the sound, just the looks and that concerns me. Has anyone seen a video about the sound, internal parts? Let me know, thanks.
Hello Fellow Audiophiles And Friends: Thank you Captain Sub for this video. I personally have never heard of A P in my life. But since Bose purchased Macintosh and Sonus nothing surprises me. I've always wanted a complete Macintosh setup but since it's now under the Bose umbrella that got shot in the Butt. Thank you Lenny, Captain Sub for all you do, God Bless, and stay safe. TMP from N.J. 😊
Actually there are alot vids on Advance Paris, you just don't watch the right audiophile channels. About 20 of the 50 plus audiophile channels I watch have talked about them over the last 2 years
I use my roku tv as my streamer. I'm retired and only income is ss/ssi so i can't spend much. My speakers are cerwin vega at12s. I was using an old radio shack 100 watt per channel pa amp (made by pyramid) with no tone controls. The sound is amazing! It was giving me some trouble (which ended up solving itself) so i took a chance on a pyle pda8bu 5 channel reciever. It sounds just as good as the pa! And it plays as loud as the pa with total clarity! The best part is it only costs around $80 delivered! Look it up it might just be the be the bargain of the year! I'm using the at12s and some rca 40-5016 3 way acoustic suspension 8" bookshelf speakers.
@@misterzero8667don't generalize like that. But even if true, be happy when it starts for you, imagine how much you can save eliminating tweeters in your setup 😂
For you old codgers like me the Adv. Paris A10 at $2,500 would be equivalent to you spending $850 in the mid '80s. My brain is sort of hard wired to judge everything against what I paid for something in the '80s. Back then I bought a new PS Audio Elite Plus integrated amp for $600 and another $500 on an AR 'The Turntable' with a Linn Basik Plus arm. So that makes the AP A10 a decent deal, especially now.
I've been subscribed to your channel for a couple of months now and enjoy the content. Decided to go to your website because you mentioned parasound. I'm trying to decide on components for a system. I'm currently making do with Denon stereo reciever with a pair of Klipsch Cornwall IV. For years I've wanted McIntosh and although I can afford it, I really can't justify the $12K - $15K for what I want. I pretty much settled on a Parasound P6/A21+ combo. Until I saw the AP equipment. Oh, and then there's PrimaLuna as a tube rig. So now I'm at Option Paralysis. I'm thinking i need to call you guys for a conversation/opinion.
I think that’s a good idea! We can go a little more in depth on both. Since we have used them with Cornwalls IV’s as well, we can provide real advice on the pairing and what to expect.
You're videos are awesome, wasn't it you that made a Christmas video last year based off A Christmas Carol? I've been trying to find it for days with no luck
Dang wheres my Free Bluetooth plug in!!! The Deal with Their Looks is that they Back.up.the Looks With Killer Performance! Also For Tom my take is that 190 watts to the Klipsch isthe Headroom you have for Super Clean Power instead of maxing out a 10 Watt Tube amp.
I want to believe in your channel so bad. I'm a big fan. But everything you guys said was purely obtainable through other videos. I'd really like someone that I respect to do a deep dive. And sadly, I agree with a couple of the other comments about not knowing about the product you're selling. I'm sorry.
It’s all good appreciate the feedback. We don’t watch other videos so maybe it’s a consensus, we also did this off the cuff, the myconnect is brand new to the US as of like last month so we’ve only got to use it once.

Just get the good McIntosh gear, you know the much cheaper genuine products on the used market. Save yourself a fortune while doing it too 😂
Finally!!! I have been waiting for a good review of this brand.
Hope you enjoy! We will be doing one for each model individually soon!
@ awesome
If I buy french Hifi it would be Atoll 👍 100% MADE IN France
Dude, I'd like to hear about the SQ compared to other brands! What tubes are used? Watts, vs. SS amps and so forth..

So great to hear! Those Cerwin AT12s are amazing!
Because of your age you wouldn't hear much anyway ,system sounds loud and harsh

If you applied that same logic to gas then you might never drive anywhere these days. Lol.

It’s unlisted but here’s a link since you were trying to find it A HIFI CHRISTMAS CAROL

@LennyFlorentine Thanks!!
You don’t even know the product you sell. Then laugh about it. 🤔
Yeah not prudent.
Yeah this is pretty terrible. Research the product before you discuss it.
I wish I could afford a Advanced Paris they are gorgeous looking
You are also streaming when watching TH-cam videos.
That's very true!

Soooo, romantic lighting is your thing now? 🙂
Ha still playing around with it but soon I’ll have the back lit up with all kind of stuff
la scalas match the best with which Advanced Paris A10 or 12 ( by sorce Lp/sacd )
Depends what sound you are going for, I’d recommend shooting over a text and we can help more in depth

Won't power 20.7s 😮
2 channel only these days, gone away from 5 channel.
Audiophiles only listen with Stereo! 5 channel for movie surround sound!
Your becoming boring.... LOL
*You're you nitwit
I strongly dislike the name. Advance Paris sounds very honkong 70's to me. Like goldstar, you have to admit LG is a much better sounding name.
Same , it sounds like a "cheap" chi fi brand.
@@austinpowers6260 Yeah, like Luxman or Accuphase. Terrible names.
