Modern controller options are available as well, but essentially, it is the same game as the original.

New mechanics, new items, new gameplay elements, new control, actual facial expressions such as lip syncing, new sound FX. Using original recordings of voices, music and motion capture. Supposedly more to reveal before release but we dont know what else.
