Yea managed to by adding a new drive in and installing windows on it, the issue I had was that it wasnt reading my drive as a ''C'' or ''D'' Drive.
The solution was to unplug everything in your PC (bare minimum) and start from there. Install windows on a new drive - have the troublesome hard drive as a second drive and backup all your data and programs to the new drive.
Basically:
1.Install new Windows 10 on a new Hard-Drive.
2.Add the troublesome Hard-Drive into the PC.
3.Drag and drop files and programs to new Windows in Explorer.
This way you have a fresh, troubless Windows 10

Try to change your drive letter from C:\ to D:\ or E:\ in the commands and see if windows can find your drive, example D:\boot
