    They need to either contract someone or expand to have chickens next door. Eliminate fossil fuel use and get it to human desired eating as fast as possible. it results in the same revenue if you transport 1000 lbs of dehydrated BSFL or you transport 100lbs of chicken breasts... you also have much more local buyers of chicken meat than you do for BSFL.

      As they said in the video, its sold as animal feed. Investing in a whole other poultry farm is risky when you already have buyers.
