The guy in the middle is BIC (Seungmin)! He was a trainee for 5 years (longest in MCND) and he trained dancing in the US (all members trained in the US except Win)! He's my bias! Not only because of his dancing but bc he's a cutie ;-;
Bic is indisputable the best dancer of the group. Even their choreographer acknowledged him as one of the top idol dancers. But personally, I prefer Castle J's dancing. I love the aggressiveness and the high energy he brings. When he comes in you get gobsmacked by his swag immediately.
you have a good eye, the one you are drawn to is nam seungmin (bic) our main dancer and rapper, super clean and dang he's an amazing dancer. honestly they're all incredibly talented..... anyways i got further in the video, since you asked for names here we go with the other four: the first guy, the one you said "set the tone" was castle j/son seongjun; our leader, main. rapper and lead dancer. plenty of swag in his raps and dance style. the one after (red hair), with lots of musicality is minjae, lead vocalist and dancer. and then he is joined by huijun (main vocalist and dancer) in the grey shirt (the one you said had big movements). minjae and huijun do have a lot of natural chemistry, they appeared on a show called the fan together. and the one who you said had a natural show-man like quality? the maknae and lead rapper, win/bang junhyuk. let me know if you want to know anything else!
I watched a video one of their choreographers made about working with them, and he's someone who has worked with a lot of groups, and he said BIC could end up becoming a really big standout dancer in kpop like Kai from EXO and Hoshi from SVT so i'm very excited to watch him and the rest of the group grow! As a side note, since you asked about their names, maybe you could look into learning hangul? it's designed to be easy to learn and it helps a lot when you're talking about kpop groups because then you can read their names on their tags like they have in this video. i'm awful at actually learning and speaking korean but it didn't take too long to learn how to read it, and then you have a cool skill to show off too, lol. but it's also understandable if you don't feel like it's needed cause not every dance practice has their names nicely attached to them like this so it may not be too useful in that way after all shjdkhf. anyways thanks for the great video! i'm always happy to see praise for MCND!

The choreo it's different genre from top gang but still spring also have same vibe but it's a little bit refreshing.. Spring will help you to start new day n top gang help you to get better on bad day.. So both are helpful.. Mcnd Spring is beyond amazing in Choreography! Firstly for them to be so young they're already up there is technique, style and skills. They continously are mastering their craft.I can only imagine then is a year or so. Wow!!

Now, if you happen to have more free time from your long list of reactions, PLEASE check out B.A.P, a boyband that debuted in 2012 with their single WARRIOR. Unfortunately, they are disbanded now, but some of them have realeased some solos and mini-albums that, if you give them a chance and like them, you should totally check. They don't have as many dance practices as other kpop groups, but they are worth checking out some live performances. They have a really strong vocal line and rap line as well. And the main dancers are INSANE! Like, their body control has always impressed me. B.A.P whilst still together got amazing hits like ONE-SHOT (which has a dance version but in japanese) and SKYDIVE (these tracks are movie like MVs, like they actually deserved Oscar nominations xd),. These next songs have dance practices just in case you would like to have a look at them: HANDS UP, “YOUNG, WILD AND FREE”, FEEL SO GOOD, HONEYMOON, and WARRIOR (JAPANESE VER. A MUST SEE VIDEO) They were very famous, and I would adventure to say, they would have been greater than BTS. if it wasn't for their lawsiut situation against their company, they would have done much better. Some of them started their own solo careers now. YoungJae, Zelo, Daehyun, and Jongup have included dance in their main songs. Their leader Bang Yongguk is more of a rapper (that doesn't make his music less interesting though). I PROMISE YOU, you won’t regret it! #itsbap

MCND is such a monster rookie group. They blew me away with their dancing, no weak link in the dance department so watching them perform is fun. They also have great charisma and stage presence for a new group. BIC is so so clean when dancing (and him being King Feeldog doppelganger is a big plus too :p ). Really enjoyed your break down of them. Would love to hear your opinion on one of the most underappreciated dancer in the industry, Roh Taehyun (or sometimes written Noh Taehyun). He's a former JBJ member, a HOTSHOT member and soloist as well (thats a lot of debut yeah). He was active as the youngest krumper of the WOOFAM crew during his high school days - going by the name of Kid Monster. You can find old videos of his battles and competitions as well as some other vids of him dancing from his groups promotions. He's also a choreographer : "Shape of You" stage from produce 101 S2 and HOTSHOT's Jelly to name a few. Hope to see you react to him someday.
Bic is the main dancer (obviously), but I love that you appreciated the chemistry between Minjae and Huijun, who went second and third and are the main vocals so they seem to do a lot of work together. I love the dance to this song. They did a part switch version and did eachothers solo parts almost perdectly! I think other than that my favorite dance practice of theirs was for Spring and they were trying to dance on a trampoline in one of those indoor trampoline parks. It was hilarious!
