@@anab810 Not sure if this issue has been fixed in the new model, but HP's after-sales service in mainland China has been particularly bad throughout the year.

@@anab810many chinese users report that omen screen blackouts from time to time.
@@anab810 There was a big issue with especially the 2023 Chinese model. 100% black screen rate. It was an issue with the hall sensor which is a easy fix in the mobo. Its very unclear if its been fixed in the 2024 cause HP refuses to achknowldege it.
