Hi nakul. 1 question,
for example > the question 2
where one option is in 1st letter capital letter(Residents), so we can assume this option (Residents) will not come in the middle of the sentence (unless it is a person's name or a city or an event)
or it has a place somewhere at the beginning of the sentence, if it makes sense contextually, right?

Today I have appeared in PTE exam.. while answering listening section I didn’t hear one fill in the gap and totally missed one passage of highlight incorrect word due to Pearson’s sever interruption. I have launched a complain against it.. they replied that they are reviewing the issue.. Do anybody have any experience like this? What do Pearson do? Do they take the exam again or gives score considering the issue?

firstly, I received an email saying that they will reschedule the exam without no cost. But, after, they dragged it saying that exam is ok.
They wanted to end the conversation. But , I replied the same thing. After 3,4 emails , they sent a voucher to me.
