I almost can't watch this. She said "This is my personal business" and he said "And it's my family that you are destroying" and I was like, NO, it was your dad who left your mom and took all of her kids away from her and didn't let her see them until he had practically brainwashed them into thinking that everything that went wrong was her fault, who is ruining your family. Your mom literally is just trying to stay sane while she no longer has a family who loves her, by going to the person who is always there for her no matter what, who is Dusty. And now that the father announced that they are getting divorced and he is all ready to sign the papers, I think she has every right to fall in love with him
agreed. I despise Holden. He's such an arsehole. I get where Luke is coming from as most kids don't want to see their parents splitting up. But the fact Holden has brainwashed him and the daughters is disgusting
When that woman asked Noah? You want to dance and he splurge out said he was gay so fast. I'm not going to lie I was laughing in the inside. But I'm happy he told a stranger. That mean he is happy to be gay out of the public.
Poor Lily like no one seems to understand that Holden was the one that wasn't trying and wanted the divorce and kept picking fights. And now that she finds solace in another man everyone is on her back
LukeVanFan- You rock! Your hard work in putting up these videos is greatly appreciated. Watching this storyline has been so much fun, and I couldn't have done it without you! Everyone else, if you're in/near NYC, go see Van Hansis in "Die, Mommie, Die!" off-Broadway. It's the most hilarious show I've seen in a looooong time (and Van was pretty darn good).
I liked this; they made a good point with the stacey part. In fact this whole storyline is powerful enough for the writer to make statements and lessons through each episode. I think that's why he/she is taking time to write very well. So that issues (just plain life and soical stuff) get covered
I like how Luke's character is developing into a very strong, self-assured gay man. When he corrects Holden about Noah being his boyfriend and not just his friend, I cheered. Coming out is not just about gay people coming out; it is also about the family's acceptance about a son or daughter being gay. They are in the process of coming out too. Bravo to the writers for this very realistic coming out story.
If it's not an affair, what would YOU call it? Let's help Lily find an answer to give Luke: If they go out in public, they are dating. If they just "do the wild thing," then they are "sleeping together." I do not think that it is an "affair" since it started(?!) after the divorce papers were written up.
These people can not wait until the ink is dry on the papers. You got to love soaps married to exes brother, and then father. That happened on another soap
Noah does love Luke, and he proved it by wanting to protect his feelings about Lily being with Dusty in Yo's. Noah told Luke what happened anyway, knowing it would hurt him. Noah, in his own way, is being honest with Luke about his feelings. He may not say, "I love you" verbally, but he's saying it with actions. To me, that means more.
That was so cute. 0:20 haha i luvv how Noah just outright said 'I'm gay' (which was adorable how he said it btw) xD very good Noah, learning to say it out loud, i'm impressed
This is why I always put up with the side drama. I know it'll come back around to Noah and Luke eventually, and it's way better than being completely out of the loop. Though the Cleo stuff was actually kind of interesting...this just feels endless...
I think Luke is really strong. As in seriously, I understand the initial self-pity he went through but honestly? I feel his like the strongest person in the show.
Hahahahaha, luke is so freakin funny. When he said the thing about drinking and driving..a wheel chair. hahahahahaha Milk came out my nose on that one. hahahaha
Luke should get over it, Holden has been pushing Lily away for ages, LOL I loved how Luke looked so jealous when that girl asked him to finish the dance. He thought not again, my boyfriend goes back into the proverbial closet.
There's a lot of talk going on about Luke+Noah and all the tension, etc, and how they need to just get over it and stuff... However, for people who have gone through this in real life, I'm sure you can realize that it is pretty realistic. Coming out is not easy, and I think they are doing a really good job portraying that on Noah's part...
luke: "hey everyone knows you cant drink, and wheel somebody around in a wheelchair!! you'd be walking into walls!!" holden: "very funny(!)" lmao!! i luv luke!! hes cute AND funny!!
Well, it's never easy to make coming out completely, but I think Noah is doing great, "Do you want to dance? - I'm gay!" LOL )))It's so typically and confusing and brave at the same time, but the great thing is that they're holding their hands, it needs a lot of courage in public, especially for smn. like Noah! You GO Boy!
they are really making NUKE a great storyline, its about time, and they are doing ir respectfully for fans of the show that are quite conservative and not throwing it in peoples faces and that is good. Im very proud to finally watch a gay romance on daytime and I dont have to constantly see m/f relationships all the time so I feel like a freak lol
Sorry I would Judge her too. She is not divorced yet, They just got separated and she wasted no time jumping in bed with the man that was at center of so many problems. If you are having issues with the person you are married too, you make sure it is ended completely before starting with someone else. Problem with Lily's Character is she reacts too quickly and to impulsively and 80% of time she's wrong(if she hadn't acted as she did when Luke came out with his bio dad, she wouldn't have ended up in coma & if she had told someone about Noah's Dad Luke wouldn't have gotten hurt). If after Luke got hurt she had stayed away from Dusty she would have more than likely worked it out with Holden.
+TPR38655 What?!!! I disagree completely. I think Lily has every right to date Dusty because he is the only one who is treating her with any respect. For example, Holden was being a gross human being and practically blaming her for Luke getting shot when he was in the hospital, and then Holden took the kids and started making it seem as if everything was her fault, and so now they look at her as if she has in some way betrayed them, yet Dusty has always been a loyal friend and actually thinks about what might be hurting her. She was respectful enough to remain just friends with Dusty while her husband left her, but as soon as those divorce papers (that Holden asked for instead of trying to reconcile anything) were signed, she can do whatever she wants. I would judge her if she started dating lots of different guys, but this is a guy she has known for a very long time and has always been there for her and treated her well and gave her good advice and that she loves. Is she not allowed to have any happiness?
Those last two minutes with Lily & Luke were pretty intense. I like how the director had Luke's body turned away from Lily and how he had to look back at her. That helps to convey distrust...take a look at 4:35-4:39 and 4:58-4:59. The effect would not have been as strong if they were facing each other directly.
Dusty hates secrets. Luke hates secrets. Noah looks up to Dusty. Luke ignores Dusty. Noah dances with a girl = Luke gets jealous. Girl asks, "Do you want to dance?" Noah says, "I'm gay." (He learned that from Luke!) Noah says that Luke will probably never understand him..... Hmmmmm....
I agree 100%, and I'm gay, so it's not like there's something you don't understand here. :) It's not a defining characteristic at all - as far as I'm concerned, it's not any more important than the color of my eyes or hair. I think gay people would be better accepted in society and reduce stereotypes if they stopped making a big deal about it. However, I don't think Noah's immediate "I'm gay" was him making a bit deal about it. He just didn't want the girl to come on to him.
...ok that was like a "wtf"moment much XD lol, like -im gay, and -im stacy, wanna dance? like no sense, haha hmm i wonder how longer more until luke can walk :) that would be such an intense moment...lol XD its so effin addicting this story. lol ehmm more like a soap opera, lollerz XD awesome!
Maybe I'm crazy but if I asked a guy to dance and he said, "Um, I'm gay." I would be completely excited because I would have a ready-made answer from my favorite soap lol, "I'm Meghan? But you didn't really answer my question." :)
@meLLemeL83 I'll give you that Lily is an adult & can do what she wants. But the reason I can understand Luke getting upset with her is because she was lying to her kids (trust me, that sucks) rather than not accepting her lifestyle/social choices.
I can see why you think that. I myself am a gay man, and usually when a guy comes out for the first time, he discovers this huge part of his identity that was missing for all those years. I know with myself, if I wasn't gay, I wouldn't be the same person, so I truly discovered who I am when I realized that I am gay.
yeah like, i can see both sides on the arguement about noah telling people hes gay, when you come out and say it right as you meet someone its really awkward but if you don't tell people ever then its a problem, i normally wait to see how long im going to be friends with someone and if the subject comes up i don't lie about it, but i don't go out of my way to let everyone i see know. its not really anyones business but again im not ashamed either.
Yeah, I felt embarassed for Noah because he said it so mechanically, as if that was the thing, for him, to do, because Luke basically told him that it's imperative that Noah should tell people he's gay off the bat. It was very automaton-like. P.S. - you misread my comment.
DEAR GOD THAT LINE "Hey, you wanna dance?" "I'm gay" Noah is trying so hard now! XD
"EVERYBODY knows that you can't drink and wheel somebody around in a wheelchair. You might bump into walls".
Classic Luke. XD
Lily has every right to date Dusty. Holden was the one who signed up for a divorce in the first place, and it's like nobody remembers that now
When that woman asked Noah? You want to dance and he splurge out said he was gay so fast. I'm not going to lie I was laughing in the inside. But I'm happy he told a stranger. That mean he is happy to be gay out of the public.
I loved the girl that asked Noah to dance. That was so kewl of her and there little conversation was so cute.
"I'm gay"
"I'm Stacey" lol
Me too ✋
#gay
"Do you want to dance?"
"I'm gay." lol Noah is adorable, as is Luke, oh what the hell Nuke forever!!!
Poor Lily like no one seems to understand that Holden was the one that wasn't trying and wanted the divorce and kept picking fights. And now that she finds solace in another man everyone is on her back
I’m ten years later
"no you were just caught". great line!
LukeVanFan- You rock! Your hard work in putting up these videos is greatly appreciated. Watching this storyline has been so much fun, and I couldn't have done it without you! omg. luke's final line to his mom gave me chills. considering their history...it must have hit her pretty hard. guh-rate episode! =)
I liked this; they made a good point with the stacey part.
In fact this whole storyline is powerful enough for the writer to make statements and lessons through each episode. I think that's why he/she is taking time to write very well.
So that issues (just plain life and soical stuff) get covered
Lily has the right to date Dustin. Like Lily said Holden ended their marriage. Luke don't nothing to be mad about it.
Aww Dusty and Noah. Cute.
I like how Luke's character is developing into a very strong, self-assured gay man. When he corrects Holden about Noah being his boyfriend and not just his friend, I cheered. If they go out in public, they are dating. If they just "do the wild thing," then they are "sleeping together." I do not think that it is an "affair" since it started(?!) after the divorce papers were written up.
I'm glad that Noah tried to protect Luke, but I'm also glad that Luke found out what was going on.
These people can not wait until the ink is dry on the papers. You got to love soaps married to exes brother, and then father. That happened on another soap
specially the walsh/snyders from mothers to daughters to gay sons, all end hooking up with other people in no more than 1 month after a break up.
I agree with Luke 100% I think his mom is being a total doosh
Noah does love Luke, and he proved it by wanting to protect his feelings about Lily being with Dusty in Yo's. Noah told Luke what happened anyway, knowing it would hurt him. Noah, in his own way, is being honest with Luke about his feelings. He may not say, "I love you" verbally, but he's saying it with actions. To me, that means more.
I find it ironic that Noah isn't trying to hide his relationship with Luke while Lily is trying to hide her relationship with Dusty
That was so cute. 0:20 haha i luvv how Noah just outright said 'I'm gay' (which was adorable how he said it btw) xD very good Noah, learning to say it out loud, i'm impressed
"wanna dance"
"im gay!"
"...im stacy"
hahahaha nice noah nice, lol there's not a good enough word to describe that lol
This is why I always put up with the side drama. I know it'll come back around to Noah and Luke eventually, and it's way better than being completely out of the loop. Though the Cleo stuff was actually kind of interesting...this just feels endless...
"I'm gay"
"I'm Stacy"
LOL best piece of writing on this show!
I think Luke is really strong. As in seriously, I understand the initial self-pity he went through but honestly? I feel his like the strongest person in the show.
Hahahahaha, luke is so freakin funny.
When he said the thing about drinking and driving..a wheel chair. hahahahahaha
Milk came out my nose on that one.
hahahaha
i still can't get over Noah.
"Wanna dance?"
"I'm gay"
hahahaha(:
haha Lukes like "Everybody knows you can't drink and roll somone around in a wheel chair, you might bump into walls!" lmfao
Luke looked mad cute here! I loved him with the messed up blonde-ish hair. And I loved the "I'm Gay" and the "I'm the bouncer" our cheesy boys lol!
"do you want to dance"
"im gay"!!!!!!!!!
omg i literaly coughed to death. noah can be so silly sometimes.
Luke should get over it, Holden has been pushing Lily away for ages, LOL I loved how Luke looked so jealous when that girl asked him to finish the dance. He thought not again, my boyfriend goes back into the proverbial closet.
Everyone knows you can't drink and wheel somebody around in a wheelchair! You might bump into walls.
Lol aww Luke. I love when he jokes, he too cute!
just because a person is in a wheel chair dosen't mean they can't fool around. . .this is ridiculous.
OMG THE DRAMAAAAAA. Insane how these soap opera's work ;)
i feel bad for Luke's mum, she's never actually done anything wrong, and yet she gets blamed by everyone all the time. She doesn't deserve it.
There's more than a couple dozen people in Oakdale? o_0
I found it funny how Noah says that Lily is inside with Dusty Donovan...so as not to be confused with the ten other Dustys in town. :o)
3:04 'She asked me to dance before and I said 'I'm gay'' xD haha nearly peed my pants. xP lol so cute!
dusty is being such a father to noah telling him to not to drink and that.
There's a lot of talk going on about Luke+Noah and all the tension, etc, and how they need to just get over it and stuff... However, for people who have gone through this in real life, I'm sure you can realize that it is pretty realistic. Coming out is not easy, and I think they are doing a really good job portraying that on Noah's part...
i like how noah and dusty don't say n.e thing just look at each other. lol
lol "Dad, you don't have to worry about Noah. He knows you can't drink and wheel someone around in a wheelchair, you can bump into walls." LMAO XD
luke: "hey everyone knows you cant drink, and wheel somebody around in a wheelchair!! you'd be walking into walls!!"
holden: "very funny(!)" lmao!!
i luv luke!! hes cute AND funny!!
i love how ppl react about this news. I'm excited!
I hate how they blame the mother, all shes trying to do is move on with her life.
Well, it's never easy to make coming out completely, but I think Noah is doing great, "Do you want to dance? - I'm gay!" LOL )))It's so typically and confusing and brave at the same time, but the great thing is that they're holding their hands, it needs a lot of courage in public, especially for smn. like Noah! You GO Boy!
"I'm gay" - "I'm Stacy" LOOOL
I love the song playing in the background! Days Go By! by rascal flatts
"im Stacey, and you still really didnt answer my question...lol"
I love this show... and that prize should've been a god damn kiss! arrrgggh! :D
Thanks for uploading! :)
they are really making NUKE a great storyline, its about time, and they are doing ir respectfully for fans of the show that are quite conservative and not throwing it in peoples faces and that is good. Im very proud to finally watch a gay romance on daytime and I dont have to constantly see m/f relationships all the time so I feel like a freak lol
Stacey WoooIohHOoOH! XD
the n part of nuke is falling away
Luke needs to let his mom move on with the life. He should support instead of judging her like that.
Sorry I would Judge her too. She is not divorced yet, They just got separated and she wasted no time jumping in bed with the man that was at center of so many problems. If you are having issues with the person you are married too, you make sure it is ended completely before starting with someone else. good boy luke!!!!
that slap he made to lily's face with his words was well deserved for her!!!!
:D :) :P
The part with Noah and the girl is hilarious..
Don't judge your mother too harshly Luke.....in the future it might come back to haunt you....
Paul Van Dyk in the background. Awesome.
These people are so lucky to be in the near vicinity of Van.
ATWT Xmas fantasy: Luke, Noah, Lily, Holden & Dusty (1 of 2)
I completely agree. That's one thing I've never understood. ever.
@risenning idk 150 parts away... there was a kissing ban but it goes away tho so dont worry!! after its gone there is gonna be alot more kissing
"I'm gay..."
"and i'm stacey" lol xD
Dusty hates secrets. Luke hates secrets.
Noah looks up to Dusty. Luke ignores Dusty.
Noah dances with a girl = Luke gets jealous.
Girl asks, "Do you want to dance?" Noah says, "I'm gay." (He learned that from Luke!)
Noah says that Luke will probably never understand him..... Hmmmmm....
you right requiemrave paul van dyck song let go is one of my favorites songs
i agree can I get him after you? haha
I wanna dance with you, Noah. And I'm gay, too :-)))
when that girl came out to ask him whether he was gonna continue dancing, he should have introduced her to luke and said that he was his boyfriend.
they seem more like friends, and every week they have to remind each other that they are boyfriends.
ATWT 7-24a: Nuke's 9th kiss; Luke pressures Noah about sex; Luke is cruel to Holden/Carly
I can't wait til their divorce is final. Holden deserves someone to treat him better than Lily did!
Easy as 1,2,3. I like this idea. Let's run with it
I agree 100%, and I'm gay, so it's not like there's something you don't understand here. :) It's not a defining characteristic at all - as far as I'm concerned, it's not any more important than the color of my eyes or hair. However, I don't think Noah's immediate "I'm gay" was him making a bit deal about it. He just didn't want the girl to come on to him.
i wish lily had said she wanted to go where no one knows her name... it would've been great :D
you mean, the cart before the horse...the horse is always in front of the cart...sorry. LOL
...ok that was like a "wtf"moment much XD
lol, like -im gay, and -im stacy, wanna dance?
like no sense, haha
hmm i wonder how longer more until luke can walk :)
that would be such an intense moment...lol XD its so effin addicting this story. lol ehmm more like a soap opera, lollerz XD awesome!
Everyone knows you can't drink and wheel somebody around in a wheelchair..
Me too. But I am worried that Noah might not be. Let's cross our fingers.
ATWT 5-20: Ameera leaves?; Nuke's 5th Kiss; Ready for sex!
Maybe I'm crazy but if I asked a guy to dance and he said, "Um, I'm gay." I would be completely excited because I would have a ready-made answer from my favorite soap lol, "I'm Meghan? But you didn't really answer my question." :)
Chord Overstreet
I wish he would walk again!..I really do..I want to see that romance start up again...
OMG I THought luke was going to flip when he saw noah but i guess not there love is stronger than that =).
yeah like, i can see both sides on the arguement about noah telling people hes gay, when you come out and say it right as you meet someone its really awkward but if you don't tell people ever then its a problem, i normally wait to see how long im going to be friends with someone and if the subject comes up i don't lie about it, but i don't go out of my way to let everyone i see know. its not really anyones business but again im not ashamed either.
i want the next part!!! thanks lukevanfan!!
no kidding... maybe it's to get them to buy more drinks to drown the music out.
I almost feel embarassed for Noah telling a stranger he's gay.
Tell that to Justin...Right muffinmaster? ;)
Luke will be using a cane very soon.
Yeah, I felt embarassed for Noah because he said it so mechanically, as if that was the thing, for him, to do, because Luke basically told him that it's imperative that Noah should tell people he's gay off the bat. It was very automaton-like.
P.S. - you misread my comment.
wanna dance?
im gay
lolol
smooth
"you wanna dance?" IM GAY lol
All the adults act like kids!
Lol for that scene XD
So direct! XD
