I'm sure it's because he lost rematches on purpose and shared his account with other people. World toppers usually do these. That's why they get suspended or banned.
Not a single player gets suspended or banned without a reason. But people in the comments think that fair players get banned for no reason, because they think that hacks are the only illegal thing in this game, which isn't true.
