    IMHO one of the best references for painting specifically in oil is his "The Oil Painters' Color Handbook". The color theory in this excellent book is the best. Thank you to Eric and "Art School Live" for these episodes.

      This was painted from life. The picture was just so the audience could see what I’m painting.
