Malinois has the highest drive out those dogs, presas have high drive if you buy from a good breeder but due to size won’t have the same endurance as the mali. For their size tho they are some beast they don’t fuck around and are willing to do whatever it takes to protect their family

Does anyone know how big is he? I’ve always liked big dogs growing up & yes I’ve owned big dogs before but never a presa, I’m asking cause I’m buying one soon but I don’t know what’s a good size & weight in these breeds & im looking for one that can get as big as him if not bigger especially since I’m tall myself standing at 6’7 so if anyone can let me know I’d appreciate it fr💯💯
@@ijustdocomments6777 lol, actually it is fairly easy with individuals that are breeded to the standards of the breed. But it is very common on this kind of dogs to go for a more bandog type of dog where you are looking for some improvements here and there based on similar dogs. A presa should be more like a big pitbull and a corso more like a compact and very strong great dane. Presas are generally bulky, more muscular and lower to the ground while corsos tend to look leaner, taller and more head heavy than presas. Now, that presa can have a good content of a taller dog like a corso or a great dane, but still be more presa than whatever else it has mixed in its blood. If that is the case (a blood mix with taller breeds) then it should be called a bandog before a presa. But it can also be a single individual that turned out leaner and taller than the standard presa canario.
You can tell a presa from a corso off a lot of things, but mostly from head shape, their gait, and their back end being higher than the withers. This is definitely a presa. I can understand the color probably throws most people off lol
These dogs are so powerful and explosive, I was at a Liverpool station and one jumped at my 1 year old baby in the pram at lighting speed but thankfully he just licked her face.The owner was very sorry, the dog was very kind, but extremely strong, intimidating and handsome breed. Presas are a super dog type, very much in that group of very powerful and swift Mastiff types like Kangal, Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino,, Borboel, Rottweiler, Pitbull etc.

Yes they have good endurance. They were used to protect homestead. For exemple : Cane Corso = Low Drive
Presa Canario = Médium to high drive

Love Presa's, I remember the Diane Whipple story when that happened, gave the breed such a bad name, would love to see more work with the breed.
