Interior Doors
off-center doorways
ability to build multilevel
concave window add-ons with/without ledges
off canter chimneys
ability to modify the frame and rafters of the house
off-center hallway positioning
Id also love a basement lol
Interior doors would change so much... Kinda looks lame just having open doorways everywhere

Thanks for this video! I just started playing a few weeks ago and the H-shaped layout seems perfect for my needs. The empty outdoor nook above the H is perfect for a hot tub area! Now I just need to save for the bellflower tub
I hope they give us a second floor option or balconies they already exist in the game

Im guessing the economy was far different before. Most of the houses i see look extraordinarily expensive.
It was and they get more expensive as you purchase more.
It isn't that bad... I started playing less than a month ago and have blown through so much money on rooms. I currently own 7 Large Rooms, 5 Medium rooms, 5 Small rooms 20 Hallways and the Grand Harvest House. All while buying all the storage and inventory upgrades
I love that you did a video like this!! And I love the lay out of house 3! Super helpful cause I want too keen on the layout I have now. I really hope we get some sort of pathing soon…

How do you make the hallways connect between to rooms? I place it and it creates a small room that cannot connect on one end
Thank you for this! I'm a bit new and a bit intimidated by the price so I'm trying to figure out my desired layout before committing to it and the video really got my imagination going. :D I'm trying to find something with lots of nooks and crannies that still looks and feels like a cottage rather than a mansion, as my current plan is to have the Harvest House act as a sort of herbalist or apothecarist store, with one room around the side/back for decorative ingredient storage and the rest for the resident herbalist to live in. Something akin to #10 seems perfect for the purpose. :D I'm already thinking that I could leave out the bottom hallway bits, MAYBE move the bottom small room to the back of the harvest house and have the bit where the bottom room oririnally was filled with some kind of a little horse stall type build made out of fences and pergolas or something. For the pet senek that I pretend my herbalist keeps.

Thank you for the helpful video! I was so frustrated trying to get rooms to fit together. I love the hallways. For my layout, I decided to do the harvest house in front with a large room behind it and two small rooms with hallways on the right. The hallways add a nice sense of separation from the bigger rooms.

As you play the game more and more your start to run out of things to spend your gold on or things become less important, so you end up with gold you can spend on buildings
All I need is the fireplace and a hotub.
i'm sorry if you've answered this in a different video but what are those things you're using as fencing on either side of your stoop in the front? that the trees and flowers are behind
It is still the fencing but you can place them individually by clicking once and not dragging.

How do you put ready made buildings in your inventory so you can change the layout of your plot? So far every time I've tried to drop it or right click to remove it doesn't let me.
You right click but don’t select/left click it first.

What happens to the stuff placed in a room that is picked up in H Mode?
It gets put back into your inventory!
