Beautifully said.. I’m done with self loathing behaviors and attitudes. I have a body, but I am not just my body and I truly thank GOD for that realization. Looks fade with time; if you’re blessed then by His grace it happens in a mean of ease and without difficulties. I don’t concern myself with materialistic things because when we leave this life it’s the soul that continues the journey and not the possessions acquired here. I love a man who has a beautiful soul and who is attracted to my soul as well. I accept what there is.. I just want him to accept me without undue conditions or restrictions. Love is natural and is felt easily, although not often easily expressed. If and when he decides to come to me, I will bend towards him like a lily and not wilt nor wither🌺 I just like peace and I maintain mine by keeping it to myself. I can't say I didn't love myself, I knew how I wanted to be loved and I returned it. I treated people and loved people as I wanted to be treated and loved. I just gave it too freely to the wrong people. Then I pulled back to see just who loved me for me, and I seen. There wasn't anything I could change, because I stayed true to me.... Then I raised my boundaries... Out of love for myself. Now higher than ever. I will never tell myself that I never loved myself, when true love was never given from others that surrounded me. Actually, they never even cared... Let alone, loved. Because you have to care for someone before you can love them. They never cared. I never mattered. Till I mattered to myself. Now, my 'matter' come first with my higher boundaries. Set them, and keep them. Protect that and you'll find someone that will not break that boundary because of their needs. They won't break that boundary because they have care and respect for you. Then and only then will it ever become love. Love for self and love for others will mesh without struggle because you will be on the same page. Loving each other the way it was to be.... Glorious ❤️
