I feel dismayed when marriage is portrayed negatively in a woman's life. From my perspective, with the rising trend of nuclear families, marriage offers women a chance for a new beginning. Whether it's in the workforce or managing the family, a woman's role is increasingly appreciated, particularly among millennials. The portrayal of a woman's life post-marriage as pitiable, dependent on in-laws, etc., is often a fictionalized perspective from TV dramas. Getting married at 22-23 can be a positive beginning for building a healthy family. This period offers a decade to master the art of balancing family and career, laying a robust foundation for future leadership. Efforts are needed to promote this viewpoint in our society.
Absolutely agree. But unfortunately, as you are hearing, being rebel, absolute freedom, is trendy. If the youth energy is not channelized correctly, India wasted its demographic dividend.
Exactly...when I hear them imply marriage is the death of ambition I cringe hard. Why can't raising children and tying a family unit together in traditional gender roles not be term ambitious? Guzzling the rejected ideologies of the west like good colonised slaves. Good job guys
Women have been doing this house work and family building since the dawn of time but it's being vilified now because it's not rewarding. Raising kids doesn't fulfill your inner cravings. Neither does preparing food for the family everyday. Humans are more complex than that. Women have ambitions, dreams and desires just like men but without money none of that is possible to fulfill. I am a self-made man. I have enough money to literally retire at the age of 35 because I have been running a business since a young age. But my wife is not happy with my money. She wants to work and earn her own money. So I setup her own business. It gives her a sense of worth and self-respect. Now I respect her even more because of this thought process. She knows that my achievements aren't hers and that she needs to have her own achievements in life. Having kids is not an achievement. Women just can't be content doing that. This is what conservative people need to understand. Unless you do that, women will forever remain suppressed.
@@anupdev5845 the situation is getting reversed to be honest... There is a trend of househusbands these days and men these days want women to earn for them as well.

Ganesh is spot-on about societal suppression in the mass psyche of Indian society. People are conditioned to pursue specific roles: men in jobs and women in a lifelong quest for the ideal husband.

Hi Ranveer, as a mitochondrial biologist I would just like to elaborate further on your explanation about mitochondrial inheritance. Mitochondria are passed on from mother to child across every generation. This means that you (Ranveer) have inherited your mother's mitochondria, but you will not be able to pass your mitochondria to your child, because mitochondria are maternally inherited. Mitochondria are multi-functional, not just the energy hub of the cell. They are very unique components because apart from the nucleus, they are the only other cellular structures which contain their own DNA, even though significantly smaller. This DNA, also known as mitochondrial DNA is crucial for cellular and overall health. mtDNA is extremely powerful and only encodes 13 proteins which are responsible for 'generating energy.' There are some research papers which describe paternal inheritance of mitochondrial DNA, however these cases are rare and there are some research conflicts around this topic... As far as for genes on the X and Y chromosome they follow a different inheritance pattern to mitochondrial DNA, because you are inheriting genes from both parents. You have inherited the X chromosome from your mother and Y chromosome from your father, which is why you are a male. Your father inherited the Y chromosome from his father (your nana) hence is male, and so on. I hope that this information is useful to you. Have a great rest of the day. Best, Lisa.
A humble request, please allow the guests to express their views and thoughts. You are always good, your brand equity will be higher if you are able to make your guests speak freely.
Thanks for this episode. Also, could you please bring Lt Col Pavithran Rajan on your podcast? He is a Cyber Security expert, Military Veteran, Tech Entrepreneur, and Academic. He has served as an Advisor at the Ministry of Home Affairs. I have heard him on ANI Podcast, and I must say he is so far one of the most interesting guests I have heard on any podcast.

I would like to add a girl/woman perspective here… there are multiple reasons that become foundation for less woman being part of the workforce… including the pressure of not failing (childhood preaching), the pressure of making safe choices, the security aspect, the risk in the choice of standing alone while no one is by urside, social pressure and also cannot forget the biological timings… so their are 2 parallel aspects, the biological cycle and career path… when she tries to find a balance in both… there is a time crunch in career path so she ends up taking comparatively safer/stable/known decisions ( the experimental phase is either small or next to negligible) Coming out of the comfort zone is the solution. Take risks, stay by ur choices… stay strong in tough times… believe in urself… acceptance of failure(its ok to fail)… go beyond ur family advice if needed… be open to suggestions but do not accept them as it is… think/rethink… grow from ur mistakes… do not assume or take ppl/situations for granted… taking efforts is the key to problems in general…
Just a fact check Ranveer. Mitochondrial inheritance happens only from the mother. And mitochondrial DNA is passed on from the mother to both-sons and daughters. Just that the son will not paas it on. The nuclear DNA is received from bothe parents equally by sons and daughters alike. The nuclear DNA of both parents combines to give new forms and characters but the mitochondrial DNA does not combine but can get mutated due to external factors.

What Rahul Gandhi 😂😂😂😂😂
Ganesh is spot-on about societal suppression in the mass psyche of Indian society. People are conditioned to pursue specific roles: men in jobs and women in a lifelong quest for the ideal husband.
I think Ranveer, If females start to continue topics of podcast like you said then people can troll or threat them on social media like anything.Sach hai par kadwa hai.I hardly comment on your channel but respect for such content and I respect your thinking towards women.
How about trying first
If you talk nonsense rad fem bs then trolling is what you deserve
How about checking existing women content creators before commenting like this
@@anirudh425 hey thanks for your lovely comment. Acha laga dekh ke ki girls ko motivation bhi koi dete hai. Gratitude 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thankyou Ranveer for bringing in Ganesh. A chance to hear him in another podcast talking about himself. I'm sure many would love this show because it's Ganesh Prasad.
Thank you so much for bringing him!!

@@AbhayMalik18 in his entire life will he will have guts to BJP? Does he make anti BJP video? No right then why are you supporting him
@@BJPRSS0131 There is no need for him to go against BJP. What he should do and has done in the past is call out the wrong policies of the government. Its the same for other parties too, he simply highlights the bad impacts of some of their policies.
Thanks for sharing such a valuable information. Such a great conversation ❤
my friend and brother ranveer, please bring more rational people like this on your channel... forget about these aghoris and tantriks and what not... THIS suits you brother.. lots of love
This can be changed with 2 things
1)When women starts questioning
2) Education and Awareness
When will they get the questioning mindset?
When they have right education and get awareness about their situation
Jaldi jaldi comment kar deti hu likes milenge🤣

Best, Lisa.
Please upload 2nd part...we want 😊😊😊
Ganesh speaking skills are amazing. It is so structured
A humble request, please allow the guests to express their views and thoughts. You are always good, your brand equity will be higher if you are able to make your guests speak freely.
Thinkschool Ganesh is sheer brilliance and depth of knowledge is amazing!
Wah... I loved this talk. Ganesh's last point about managing time as wealth is so hard hitting.
Two of the best youtube creators having a podcast. Powerhouse of wisdom.
Think school is the OG online business school!
Watching this amazing podcast from Orlando, Florida with 2 intellectual brains ❤
Being a @ThinkSchool Subscriber, I love his content! Thanks, Ranveer Bhai, for bringing him here!!

The reason I admire Ganesh more than Dhruv is because of his diplomatic mindset and the way he deliver speech. ❤
It was really geniune podcast. Very informative and felt like someone who has insane knowledge and experience is speaking
Only thing i feel these days from trs is that Ranveer should speak a little less and let the guest speak. With due respect we know you have alot of knowledge and follow you for that as well. But sometimes its a bit too much
My favourite two best TH-camrs... Amazing collab guys
Really Intellectual Talk ..After Long Time..

Wow! Two great speakers talking to each other. How proficient were they in putting out their points, gracefully saying, "Bro, I think the exact opposite," and proceeds to explain their differing perspectives? Thank you so much for such content.
Thank you so much, Ranveer, for bringing Ganesh in the show. As I am a subscriber of Think school as well, I always wanted him to be in your show to see how two of my favorite people talk. Thank you so much Ranveer and Ganesh.

Jokes apart i have been following THINK SCHOOL since IT had some 250 Subscribers......and following Ranveer since 2018......waited for this collaboration since agesss......HOPE THINK SCHOOL.....Starts the Business podcast..... I ALSO KNOW GANESH WOULD START THE PODCAST JOURNEY WITH.......Dr.Velumani.....FOUNDER of THYROCARE.....❤❤❤🎉
I would like to add a girl/woman perspective here… there are multiple reasons that become foundation for less woman being part of the workforce… including the pressure of not failing (childhood preaching), the pressure of making safe choices, the security aspect, the risk in the choice of standing alone while no one is by urside, social pressure and also cannot forget the biological timings… so their are 2 parallel aspects, the biological cycle and career path… when she tries to find a balance in both… there is a time crunch in career path so she ends up taking comparatively safer/stable/known decisions ( the experimental phase is either small or next to negligible)
Coming out of the comfort zone is the solution.
