I used to play polo.I know the fight game under the water.Polo requires more psysically part,swimming is harder than running but Handball requires more skills and is much more tough,you get hit really hard all the time.Its tougher and you will cry after playing a serious match.Dont judge only from TV...
Let's see you eggbeater for 4 minutes, sprint 25 yards, get punched in the face a couple times, then sprint back after another four minutes of egg and get kicked in the face while trying to catch up to the guy you're guarding. Repeat for about an hour then do it again the next day after 4am practice. Check and mate my friend.
Played water polo and handball before, participated in competitions too and I am a swimmer. All I can say is that, in water polo you must learn how to swim, swim fast too and handle the ball. This ball handling skill took quite some time for me to learn. Handball in the other hand to me is much easier but still both sports requires skills to do the goals. Try making the water polo ball bounce with such speed like No.6 or No.11 when you are in the water, no joke it's hard. My vote goes to No. 8.

waterpolo is the most difficult sport, it needs skills , athleticism , but no tactics If you really wanna take a game, a difficult one, you should play with your soul, this is how we have taken so many champinoships, tactics are not important When you play for a team, you play for your house, your love for the club
