no there is not much different we do development work in companies in big MNC like web development , android development like react and node.js these are things we do there , well for placement and intern only OOPs , DBMS, System Design and Data Structure and one project that's enough.

Without coding skill u will only have opportunity to crack 8 lpa jobs only,, but if u have coding skill then u can crack any company may be 22 lpa also,, so always go for coding, communication skill is also important but coding is first then anything else
