Johnny, how could you do this to me?? I trusted you! 😡🚔 Featuring: @BiggVic ______ Join this channel to get access to perks: / @northamerican-truckin...
9 years out hear 1 million miles and I can comfortably tell anyone who is a new driver or has very little experience. No load is worth your record, license, or Life yours or someone else's. Trucking always has been and always will be a costly domino effect. NEVER break the law for anyone.
I always record my calls for just this reason. And threatening me with a $1,000 fine instead of driving a broken defective unsafe piece of equipment is called retaliation. So when my attorney gets done suing then I'll be so rich i won't have to drive anymore. 🤣🤣🤣
I've learned by these companies that they only like you when you bring in the money ...but when the company truck breaks down the company usually doesn't care about you at all ... They have taught me that I don't have any loyalty them
My dispatcher used to work in the safety office, so in my situation it's the other way around. I'm the one who sneaks around scales and hides from both the inspectors and my dispatcher.
Damm that dispatcher better be running when i got to the yard and i mean fast and know a really good hiding spot cause hes not gonna like me and what him and i would be chatting about lol
Refuse. They can't FORCE you to do anything illegal. Record those conversations if you can for your own sake. Best to quit and go work for someone else.
Happens all the time. That's why these companies have to keep there doors locked from the drivers. Because they know there wrong and some drivers would really like to see that dispatcher. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😢😢😢😢
Yeah, it's not worth it. If the dispatch tells you to do something illegal, respond to them by email so you have proof that you're refusing unsafe work and record a video of what's defective. Company will change their mind real quick when you sue them for wrongful dismissal and violating your right to refuse unsafe work.
AND this is why we get them to message this type of stuff over the computer system. CYA! Dispatchers are fuckers. Unless they are former drivers but most companies wont use that kind of common sense.
The dispatch in this skit is crap. But Nah you’re an ass if you’re just saying all dispatchers are fuckers. It’s not like drivers are NOTORIOUS for being stubborn dense assholes. Oh wait they are, probably why a lot of them can’t do different careers because no one can put up with them and why their wives also leave them. There are a lot of stupid/ rude dispatchers but 6/10 times the driver being rude and belligerent just because things didn’t go perfectly (which was not in dispatchers control) but don’t know shit about doing anything but driving a damn truck otherwise they’d probably go start their own small company make real $$$. Of course not all drivers are like this. I know a lot great ones that are good people, but they are the minority.
Always protect yourself.F*** the dispatch if they don't like it too bad.Your license is the most important thing to you.And it is your future. It's what puts money in your pocket and food on your table.Fuck that dispatcher😊

Depending on which state you are in, that can be a wiretap violation if you don't notify the other party are the start of the call.
Ronen is a psycho dispatcher.

That's "family" for you in this industry sometimes

Staying safe from the horde
And this is why you need to record everything
Love the connection
I’ve been in this situation before. If the shop is 5 minutes away, I’m driving there. That driver in the video trippin
The shop wasn't. That was the dispatcher blowing smoke.
Always call safety not your dispatcher
Call federal Marshalls and make report.
End off conversation also record all conversations
Heavy on the record all conversations
If I had a dollar for every time I was told that
Sorry to hear that :(
I put safety above the load, I don't care who says what. Equipment no good, it's gonna sit n get fixed or tow it
Should have your phone calls recorded
