nordic and celtic music (of any kind, including/especially metal) gives me the refreshing sensation of cold breezes from dense forests covered partially in snow, and fresh meadows as far as the eye can see, wind brushing and bending the green grass. it paints these images in my head.

@AlexMoby I know and love the movie, but the actual inspiration for this song had nothing to do with it. I actually got inspired when I went to a medieval festival and wanted to escape the croud, and I just walked into the woods nearby. ;)

I was searching for a good celtic metal when I wrote my novel (it is about wicca-celtic culture) and I finally found it, thanks a lot Adrian for composing this beautiful song.

Sadly, people just forget that the word is older than those..much, MUCH older.
