heres a tip for future covers
dont try to push yourself out of your vocal range
at the chorus of this song it clearly sounds like your trying to make your voice go higher than it can go making the result sound like a type of yell instead of doing that try to find a way to make it within your vocal range either soften your voice if you want to take a high pitch or continue to yell sing but deepen your voice a bit more trust me it works and future covers will sound much better if you before hand find out what pitch works best for the song your singing and chose songs that can fit good with your voice
