I actually work around the Mobberley area as a landscaper and often drive past this very church quite amazing to know truly how old the church is

Hi Peter.... yes lovely church indeed. As History columnist for Cheshire Life magazine people are more than happy to allow me in to film. The magazine is highly regarded in Cheshire and people always want to feature in it in some way.
Im well known in Cheshire now for my history column and films and that helps me film in areas otherwise off limits....

My full name is Alan Moberly Simpson. I would dearly love to visit from the US the place where the Moberly name originated.

Many thanks indeed. In my next Cheshire Life article I go in search of the Norbertine monks of St Werburgh

Your talks are always interesting and I wondered if you have visited Conisbrough church in South Yorkshire. This pre-dates the castle by some 400 years.
