In a society, law is a set of common agreements that enforced every individual to obey their legal obligation under a fair system, and fail to obey it would result in legislative punishment regardless what kind of background . Similarly, morality ought to be a set of commonly agreed customs that encourage every individual to obey their moral obligation under moral standards that based on common sense ( i.e the acceptable logos, pathos, ethos of normal humanity ), and fail to obey it would have to accept moral criticism and condemnation, regardless what kind of background.
