HEY GUYS ITS GETTING AN ANIME
i literally finished my full playthrough of this game few days ago and all i can say is
neku is literally one of the most inspiring characters ever to exist
he isn’t a silent protagonist so you got to experience his personality, starts off as a severely pessimistic kid with no social life nor intention to start one
he was an ass to shiki at first, he showed his inner soft side to her which he wanted to accept her for being herself, she eventually started to mean the world for him
he probably had trust issues too so seeing someone like joshua which he can finally relate to being let down like that was just not easy
beat was a massive bro who finally seemed to understand him
his patience towards the reaper’s game has improved him a lot as a person, yet even with that he was done sometimes since his life was in huge risk, limited to his success at the missions
he’s just a really realistic person, exactly how a 15 year old feels like
thank you square for creating this wonderful game
I've never felt prouder that this was the first JRPG I've ever played.
It brobably raised a bar pretty high for all other jrpgs after that
I'm proud of you too

This was probably my favorite part of the game. I love Neku's character development as he progresses on the amazing journey I have learned to love! I love how he ends up meeting with Beat and Rhyme amd Shiki after all of this, and I love how he finally takes off his headphones because he realizes he shouldn't shut the world out any longer. If only I can take on his lesson myself in the real world. XD
Go through what he did then.

@@haakontherayquaza4046 They could make one of the best anime about videogames, with good OST, one of the best openings (Teenage City Riot) and a good critic about the classic edgy protagonist and how ignore the world is not healthy for anyone, buuuut we got TWEWY The animation.

He grew he popped out of his little shell more forcefully than us and saw his world expand. It's up to us to expand our world but doing it on our own it's impossible. We need people to see us to connect to us to show us that we truly matter. Even if it's impossible to understand those around us we have to at least try. Taken me a while to understand this philosophy (took meeting people that saw both my good and bad an accepted it with open arms for me to understand.) But now I can't go back I won't go back and I hope you don't either

Yep, this game rips your heart apart, seriously. These last two scenes made me tear up, I cried. I seriously cried when it came to that show down between Neku and Josh.

What a speech, played TWEWY 1 a bunch of times and it never gets old. 👏🏾
I feel identificated with Neku (just like with Squall).
Both don't trust people, both doesn't want to have people around, both hate people and both use headphones all the time.
Playing this game i learn with Neku, i learn how much life is a gift and very important. This game show me to be more oppend and decided with people.
Now i feel a bit better in all senses. I still use headphones but whatever i love going to all places hearing the soundtrack of FF franchise and the soundtrack of this game.
What a nice ending, I sure hope he has a good friendship with Shiki and makes her feel loved and happy

Yes. Gotta remember Joshua is literally God. (Jesus' real name translates from hebrew into english as Joshua). Like the character is literally suppost to be God from the Christian bible.

AguAgu-sama. Except that Joshua isn’t literally god, he is a composer who controls the UG of shibuya which is the point as he was once human as composers were originally humans just like the Reapers. Joshua is supposed to parallel Neku with their misanthropy and isolation from others, which would not be possible if he was just an unrelatable god

There’s something about a character without much cutscene dialog that has much more impact when he finally talks
they really need to have this speech in the final episode of the anime but I have my doubts with the pacing
