People have to understand that the purpose of this performance is NOT to prove that they can sing Bohemian Rhapsody as great as Freddie, but because they are trying to recreate the masterpiece Freddie has created (and of course, to guess who the masked singer is) into their own. This guy did that AND HE DID AN AMAZING JOB
I still can't get around the Korean accent and it not being a British accent when I hear this song. Other than that very good effort, and I think people saying he hasn't listened to the original is because his inflections and holding of notes isnt the same as the original so doesn't give is that triumphant or emotional feel. Erin Dsouza actually seen Freddie perform, he would have loved this. Very few could match his voice exactly. It is what made him a legend. TH-cam has some great documentaries on him and Queen. Some bands have stage presence , some musical talent, and some have a few hits being mediocre. Queen had some of the highest marks in all 3.

He embraced the song. I didn't care about the accent. I think he pulled it off 93.8 percent! Really close! Pitch is there, power is there, control is there, and just a little more on that magic violin like vibration, and it will be perfect. He owned the song performance and that's the most important part. Sing it like you own it. Which is what Freddie masterfully did beyond his 100 percent cause he wrote that song and knew just how to triple ace it.

I watched this, and I'm actually not surprised that Freddie was in King of Mask Singer. When I watched this, Bohemian Rhapsody was a smash hit in Korea. It was really high at the box office, and it had the highest foreign gross for Bohemian Rhapsody (76 million, others were about 30 to 5 million. Also, although I enjoyed it, I was a bit annoyed by the Korean accent. Sorry, even if I'm Korean.

I watched this, and I'm actually not surprised that Freddie was in King of Mask Singer. When I watched this, Bohemian Rhapsody was a smash hit in Korea. It was really high at the box office, and it had the highest foreign gross for Bohemian Rhapsody (76 million, others were about 30 to 5 million. Also, although I enjoyed it, I was a bit annoyed by the Korean accent. Sorry, even if I'm Korean.
