- This 7 minute Eggless Coffee Cake in the microwave is the BOMB
You can eat is just like that but with frosting or ice cream it’s even better!
1 cup milk
3 tbsp coffee powder
¾ cup sugar
½ cup oil
1+½ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
Enjoy!
I tried it just now! Mind blowing taste!! I set the temp 450 for 10 mins

For beginners try 180 C for 20 mins.
I tried for 7 mins based on his suggestions and it was still soggy so I extended for another 5 mins more which is 12 mins in total. I took it out. The taste was good. The outer was alright but the core was still wet, so I believe 20 mins should work.
It tastes too yummy and even.better with the chocolate dip🤩

I don't know mine is an otg but maybe 190°c will work for oven too, please remember maybe.. I hope it helps, if it'll fail it'll fail and you'll know that this won't work at least..

Microwave for 7 minutes but what power is your microwave? My old one was like 500 watts by the time I gave up on it (originally 700 LOL) and my new one is 1100 watts and I'm still trying to adjust to it.
